"Finding yourself" is a phrase we hear often and rightfully so. Investing the time to find your truth is imperative. Unfortunately, we are rarely taught HOW to do so. That's why I'm here. I've created an integrative and holistic framework designed to empower your self exploration and help you discover your purpose.
Many years ago, I set off on a quest to improve my physical, mental, and emotional well-being. What ensued is a deep passion to share the most effective techniques that I discovered including Reiki healing, yoga & meditation. Together, these practical and transformative tools support the release of limiting beliefs, negative emotions, & ineffective behavioral patterns.
Yoga develops inner awareness. It focuses your attention on your body's abilities at the present moment. It helps develop breath and strength of mind and body. Yoga helps to overcome your fickle mind, regulates your emotions and brings flexibility to your joints.
The benefits of meditation are numerous and supported by science. Many people start meditating to manage stress, reduce anxiety, and to cultivate peace of mind. But there are thousands of studies documenting other less-known mindfulness meditation benefits, which can have a positive impact on mental, physical, and emotional health.
Reiki restores you to a state of balance by unlocking your body's natural healing abilities. It directly influences your central nervous system – it allows you to relax. Once you are relaxed, physical, mental, emotional and spiritual healing takes place.

Practice Yoga - Group yoga is a nice option to ease into the process. Check out my weekly schedule and stop by the studio. Grab your mat, a towel and some water for a practice that will help you open to your emotions and restore your physical mobility.
Book a Reiki Session - Reiki is a healing technique meant to cleanse and restore balance in your energetic body. You will be able to have a one-on-one conversation to discuss the next steps in your. journey.
Join a Group Event - Receive a dose of healing in a small group setting with a specific focus for your healing and self-empowerment process. Yoga Nidra is the most highly recommended workshop and it is hosted monthly!
